Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F. Line two cookie sheets with parchment paper or silicone mats.

  2. In a large bowl, cream butter and sugars using an electric mixer. Add egg white and vanilla; mix until blended.

  3. In a separate medium bowl, combine flour, baking soda, salt, and cocoa powder.
