Low Calorie Spinach Lasagna

Instructions

Preheat the oven to 375 F.

In a large bowl, combine cottage cheese, Parmesan, spinach, 3/4 cup mozzarella, pepper, oregano, and salt; mix well.

Spray a 9x13-inch pan.

Layer 3 uncooked noodles, half the cheese mixture, 2/3 cup marinara, and 1/4 cup mozzarella.

Add 3 more noodles, the remaining cheese mixture, another 2/3 cup marinara, and 1/4 cup mozzarella.

Place the final 3 noodles, then top with 2/3 cup marinara and 1/4 cup mozzarella.

Pour 1 cup water around the pan edges. Cover tightly with foil.

Bake for 1 hour. Remove, loosely uncover, and let stand for 10 minutes before serving.
