Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 F.

  2. Reserve 2 tablespoons of ketchup; combine all remaining ingredients in a large mixing bowl until well mixed.

  3. Spray a loaf pan with non-stick spray, shape the meat mixture into a loaf, place it in the pan, and top with the reserved ketchup.

  4. Bake for 1 hour and 15 minutes, or until fully cooked through.

  5. Remove from oven and let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
