Low Calorie Homemade Croutons

Preheat the oven to 375 F.

Combine salt, pepper, dried thyme, dried oregano, and paprika in a small dish for the seasoning.

Place bread cubes in a large bowl. Spray with cooking spray, sprinkle with half of the herb mixture, and toss. Repeat with the remaining cooking spray and herbs until all cubes are evenly coated.

Arrange the coated bread cubes in a single layer on a greased baking sheet. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes, until lightly browned and crunchy.

Cool the croutons completely on a cooling rack before storing them in an airtight container.
