Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 F.

  2. Carefully core each apple, leaving the bottom intact.

  3. Place cored apples on a baking sheet.

  4. Combine raisins, brown sugar, and cinnamon in a bowl; stir well.

  5. Fill each apple cavity with approximately 1 tablespoon of the mixture.

  6. Bake for about 25 minutes, or until apples are tender. Check after 20 minutes, continuing in 5-minute increments if necessary.

  7. Allow to cool slightly, then serve warm.
