Low-Calorie Baked Apples
Baked apples offer a low-calorie fall treat, filled with a sweet cinnamon-raisin mixture.

Instructions

Preheat oven to 350 F.

Carefully core each apple, leaving the bottom intact.

Place cored apples on a baking sheet.

Combine raisins, brown sugar, and cinnamon in a bowl; stir well.

Fill each apple cavity with approximately 1 tablespoon of the mixture.

Bake for about 25 minutes, or until apples are tender. Check after 20 minutes, continuing in 5-minute increments if necessary.

Allow to cool slightly, then serve warm.
