Instructions

  1. Whisk together vinegar, oil, garlic, and rosemary in a small bowl for the marinade.

  2. Poke the beef on both sides with a fork, then place it in a freezer bag with the marinade, seal, and refrigerate overnight.

  3. Preheat the broiler on high.

  4. Remove the London broil from the marinade, pat dry, and generously season both sides with salt and pepper before placing it on a broiler pan.

  5. Broil 8 inches from the flame for 6 to 7 minutes per side to achieve medium-rare (130 F internal temperature).
