Lobster Stew

Instructions

  1. Cube the lobster meat.

  2. Brown the cubed lobster meat in 4 to 6 tablespoons of butter.

  3. Gently heat milk in a separate pan, avoiding a boil.

  4. Combine the lobster with the hot milk and simmer for 5 to 10 minutes.

  5. Stir in heavy cream, bringing the mixture almost to a boil before lowering heat.

  6. Season with salt, pepper, and paprika; optionally incorporate a dash of sherry.

  7. Garnish with chopped parsley or sliced green onions.
