Lobster Macaroni Salad

Instructions

Start boiling salted water, then cook macaroni according to package directions, drain, and cool.

In a large bowl, combine macaroni, lobster, celery, 3/4 cup mayonnaise, lemon juice, and chives or dill; toss to blend, adding more mayonnaise if desired.

Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Cover and chill until serving.
