Lemongrass-Ginger Infused Tequila

Instructions

Prepare lemongrass by peeling outer leaves, trimming ends, and chopping into thin rounds.

Place chopped lemongrass and whole ginger in a clean quart-sized jar with a tight lid.

Pour tequila over the herbs, then seal the lid and shake.

Store the jar in a cool, dark place for up to two weeks, tasting daily starting on day five.

When desired flavor is reached, strain out the lemongrass and ginger.

Wash the jar, return the infused tequila, and store normally.
