Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 F.

  2. Pierce tenderloin with a fork and place in a baking dish.

  3. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over the pork.

  4. Marinate the pork in the refrigerator for 2-24 hours, turning occasionally, or at room temperature for 15 minutes.

  5. Place tenderloins on a shallow baking pan, spaced at least 2 inches apart.

  6. Roast for 35-40 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 145 F.

  7. Let pork rest for 5 minutes, then slice and serve.
