Instructions

  1. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.

  2. Whisk oil, lemon juice, thyme, salt, pepper, and garlic; marinate chicken in a sealed bag in the refrigerator for 1-4 hours.

  3. Grill chicken for 12-14 minutes, turning halfway, until it reaches 165 F internal temperature; discard unused marinade.

  4. Rest chicken a few minutes before slicing and serving.
