Instructions

  1. Combine oil, lemon juice, lemon pepper, salt, and lemon peel in a bowl.

  2. Rub the marinade onto the tuna steaks, then cover and refrigerate for 1 to 2 hours.

  3. Cook tuna on a two-sided grill for 2 to 3 minutes per 1/2 inch thickness, or use a charcoal, gas, or cast-iron grill for 5 to 8 minutes, turning once, until desired doneness.
