Lemon Pepper Grilled Tuna
Grilled tuna steaks are marinated in a zesty lemon pepper blend before being quickly cooked on a two-sided grill.

Combine oil, lemon juice, lemon pepper, salt, and lemon peel in a bowl.

Rub the marinade onto the tuna steaks, then cover and refrigerate for 1 to 2 hours.
