Lemon Infused Vodka Recipe

Instructions

  1. Combine vodka and lemon peels in a 1-quart or larger jar, then seal and shake.

  2. Infuse for 4 to 7 days, shaking the jar daily and tasting after 3-4 days to reach desired flavor.

  3. Strain and discard the lemon peels from the infused vodka.

  4. Bottle the citrus vodka, seal tightly, and store in a cool, dark place.
