Lemon Garlic Salad Dressing (With Variations)

Instructions

  1. Mince 1 small garlic clove and place it in a large salad bowl or sealable jar.

  2. Combine 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice, 1/2 teaspoon finely grated lemon zest, 1/2 teaspoon sea salt, 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper, and 1/4 teaspoon ground mustard with the garlic; whisk or shake well.
