Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425 F and line a baking sheet with foil.

  2. Cut cauliflower into florets.

  3. Combine olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, salt, black pepper, and parsley in a bowl.

  4. Toss cauliflower florets with the oil mixture until evenly coated.
