Lemon and Garlic Chicken Legs Recipe

Instructions

Preheat the broiler to high (500 F).

Rub chicken leg quarters with lemon.

Combine butter, garlic, thyme, salt, pepper, and paprika, then brush this mixture onto the chicken skin.

Place chicken on a broiler pan with 1/4 inch of water in the bottom, broil for 10 minutes, then turn and brush with more mixture.

Broil for another 10 minutes, then brush again and continue broiling until chicken is tender, golden brown, and reaches 165 F internal temperature.

Brush with additional butter mixture before serving.
