Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400 F.

  2. On a floured surface, roll each pastry round to 12 inches, then cut out four 6-inch rounds per sheet, utilizing scraps.

  3. Combine turkey with gravy in one bowl, and mashed potatoes with parsley in another.

  4. Mound 1 1/2 tablespoons of mashed potatoes on each 6-inch round, then add 1 tablespoon of dressing and 2-3 tablespoons of the turkey mixture, seasoning with salt and pepper.

  5. Wet pastry edges with water, fold over, seal with a fork, and cut a few top slits.

  6. Arrange on a lined baking sheet, then brush with a beaten egg white and water mixture.

  7. Bake for 12-14 minutes, or until browned.

  8. Serve alongside cranberry sauce.
