Leftover Thanksgiving Turkey Pizza
A unique pizza provides a delicious way to utilize Thanksgiving turkey leftovers, topped with crispy bacon and cheese.

Preheat the oven to 425 F.

Combine water, yeast, salt, sugar, and olive oil, allowing the mixture to sit for 10 minutes until foamy.

Gradually add flour to the yeast mixture, stirring until a dough ball forms.

Lightly oil the dough in a bowl, cover it, and let it rise for one hour.

Cook bacon until crispy, then chop it into small pieces.

Punch down the dough and roll it into a ball.

On parchment paper, flatten the dough with oiled hands to create a 1/8-inch thick crust.

Spread sour cream, then mashed potatoes, and finally both cheeses over the crust.

Top the pizza with turkey and the chopped bacon.

Bake on the bottom rack for 15 to 20 minutes, or until golden and crispy.
