Leftover Chicken Stir-Fry With Bell Peppers

Instructions

  1. Prepare bell peppers by washing, seeding, and slicing them into thin strips, then rinse and drain baby corn.

  2. In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, water or broth, wine or sherry, sugar, sesame oil, and cornstarch; set aside.

  3. Heat oil in a wok until hot, then stir-fry garlic until fragrant.

  4. Add baby corn and bell peppers; continue to stir-fry briefly.

  5. Re-stir the sauce, then add it to a well created in the wok's center, stirring to thicken.

  6. Incorporate the chicken, mix all ingredients, and serve hot with rice or noodles.
