Layered Hamburger Potato Casserole

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 F and grease a 2 1/2-quart baking dish.

  2. Layer thinly sliced potatoes, celery, ground beef, onions, bell pepper, and diced tomatoes in the dish, seasoning each layer with salt and pepper.

  3. Top with additional bell pepper rings, then cover the dish with foil.

  4. Bake for 1 1/2 to 2 hours, or until the vegetables are tender.
