Instructions

  1. Rinse the herbs, then place them into a clean quart-sized jar with a tight-sealing lid.

  2. Pour vodka over the herbs and securely seal the lid.

  3. Shake the jar several times and store it in a cool, dark place for 3 to 5 days, tasting daily from the second day.

  4. Once the desired herbal flavor is achieved, strain the herbs from the vodka using a fine strainer or coffee filter.

  5. Bottle the infused vodka for storage.
