Instructions

  1. Start boiling water for pasta according to package directions.

  2. In a large skillet, heat butter and oil, then cook onion and garlic until translucent.

  3. Add wine and cook until the liquid evaporates and vegetables are golden.

  4. Reduce heat, then stir in tomatoes, rosemary, oregano, salt, and pepper.
