Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 F and lightly grease a loaf pan.

  2. In a large bowl, combine lamb, beef, eggs, and breadcrumbs; mix thoroughly.

  3. Add onion, green pepper, garlic, salt, pepper, cumin, basil, and cinnamon; mix until spices are evenly distributed.

  4. Press the mixture into the prepared loaf pan and bake for 1.5 hours, or until fully cooked.

  5. Remove from oven, let stand for 15 minutes, then sprinkle with fresh chopped parsley.
