Lamb Meatballs With Tzatziki Sauce
A flavorful Greek lamb meatball recipe that includes a traditional tzatziki sauce with cucumber, yogurt, lemon, and mint.

Preheat the broiler.

Combine lamb, red onion, garlic, egg, bread crumbs, cumin, mayonnaise, mint, and salt; mix thoroughly. Form into 24 meatballs using a teaspoon.

Lightly oil a baking sheet and arrange meatballs 2 inches apart. Position the sheet 4 inches from the heat source.

Broil for 5 minutes, turning once halfway through.

Arrange meatballs on a platter, squeeze lemon juice over them, and sprinkle with cayenne pepper. Serve immediately with tzatziki.

For the tzatziki, combine cucumber, olive oil, lemon juice, lemon zest, salt, mint, and dill in a bowl; mix well. Stir in Greek yogurt.

Cover and chill tzatziki for 2-3 hours before serving.
