Instructions

  1. Season lamb chops with salt and pepper.

  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

  3. Lightly flour the lamb chops, then sear them in the skillet until browned on both sides; remove and set aside.

  4. Reduce heat to medium, then add mushrooms, green onions, garlic, and butter to the skillet and cook for 4 minutes, stirring.
