Kosher Salmon Fillet (Parve)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425 F.

  2. Clean, rinse, and pat dry the salmon fillet.

  3. Combine lemon juice, oil, garlic, salt, and pepper in a small bowl.

  4. Place the salmon skin-side down on foil on a baking sheet, then pour the seasoning mixture over it. Wrap the foil around the fish, sealing the edges while allowing room for expansion.

  5. Bake for 10 minutes, then continue baking for 10 minutes per inch of fish thickness until it flakes easily.

  6. Remove from oven, unwrap, discard skin, and serve hot.
