Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a large frying pan over medium heat.

  2. Prepare three shallow bowls: one with flour, one with beaten eggs, and one with spiced breadcrumbs.

  3. Flatten chicken cutlets.

  4. Dredge each chicken piece through flour, then egg, then seasoned breadcrumbs, shaking off excess between each step.
