Instructions

  1. Thinly slice and quarter the yuja fruits, removing seeds while keeping the peel intact.

  2. In a large bowl, dissolve honey in warm water to create a syrup.

  3. Combine the sliced yuja fruit with the honey syrup, mixing thoroughly to form the yuja chung.

  4. Seal the yuja chung in a container, store at room temperature for one day, then refrigerate.

  5. To serve, stir one spoonful of yuja chung into hot water.
