Korean Steamed Tofu

A quick and classic Korean dish features tender steamed tofu served with a flavorful dipping sauce.

Instructions

  1. Prepare your steaming method: a stovetop steamer with boiling water, or a microwave.

  2. Cut tofu into desired shapes or leave whole.

  3. Steam tofu for 5 to 7 minutes in the stovetop steamer, or on a plate loosely covered with a damp paper towel in the microwave.

  4. Serve the steamed tofu with your preferred dipping sauce, either poured over or on the side.
