Korean Shaved Ice Recipe

Bingsu is a sweet and refreshing Korean shaved ice dessert featuring condensed milk, fruit, red bean paste, mochi, and cornflakes.

Instructions

  1. Whisk whole milk and condensed milk, then pour into ice cube trays and freeze for at least 6 hours.

  2. Freeze two serving bowls one hour before assembling.

  3. Spread 1/4 cup sweetened red bean paste into the bottom of each frozen bowl.

  4. Process frozen milk cubes until fluffy snow, then divide into bowls and shape into cones.

  5. Drizzle with remaining condensed milk, top with mangoes, arrange mochi, and add cornflakes; serve immediately.
