Instructions

  1. Soak rice cakes in cold water for 20 minutes, then rinse.

  2. Bring broth and water to a boil, then add 1 tablespoon soy sauce and pepper.

  3. Add the rinsed rice cakes and simmer for about 10 minutes until tender.
