Instructions

In a soup pot or large wok, stir-fry marinated bulgogi, its marinade, and sliced onion until the beef is cooked.

Add water to cover, along with carrots, bean sprouts, and mixed vegetables; bring to a boil, then reduce to a low simmer.

Simmer for 5 minutes before adding mushrooms, tofu, and scallions.

Continue simmering for another 3 to 4 minutes.
