Kimchi Bokumbap: Kimchi Fried Rice

Instructions

  1. Heat 1 tablespoon butter or oil in a large sauté pan over medium heat. Add kimchi and onion; sauté until the onion softens.

  2. Once translucent, add garlic and soy sauce, cooking for 2 to 3 minutes more.

  3. Stir in meat and cook until browned.

  4. Combine cooked rice and remaining oil or butter, mixing until heated through.

  5. Season with salt to taste, then top each serving with a fried egg and scallions.
