Kimchi Bokumbap: Kimchi Fried Rice

Instructions

Heat 1 tablespoon butter or oil in a large sauté pan over medium heat. Add kimchi and onion; sauté until the onion softens.

Once translucent, add garlic and soy sauce, cooking for 2 to 3 minutes more.

Stir in meat and cook until browned.

Combine cooked rice and remaining oil or butter, mixing until heated through.
