Key Lime Pie Fudge
This tart and tangy fudge transforms the classic Key lime pie flavors, featuring a graham cracker crust, white chocolate, and fresh lime.

Instructions

Preheat oven to 375 F (190 C) and line a 9x9-inch pan with sprayed foil.

Melt butter, then stir in sugar and graham cracker crumbs until moistened.

Press crumb mixture into the prepared pan, bake for 5 minutes, then cool.

In a large bowl, microwave chopped white chocolate, sweetened condensed milk, and salt in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.

Stir in lime juice and zest.

Pour fudge over the graham cracker crust and smooth evenly, then refrigerate until set (2-3 hours or overnight).

Lift fudge from the pan using the foil and cut into 1-inch squares.

Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to two weeks; allow to sit at room temperature for 20 minutes before serving.
