Preheat the oven to 350°F and prepare a 12-cup muffin pan by lining or greasing it.

In a large bowl, whisk together almond flour, coconut flour, sweetener, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.

Create a well in the dry ingredients; add eggs, sour cream, oil or butter, milk, and vanilla, then stir until fully combined.

Divide the batter evenly among the 12 muffin cups.

Bake for about 20 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
