  2. Whisk cream cheese with 2 tablespoons of sweetener in a small bowl; set aside.

  3. Combine almond flour, 3/4 cup sweetener, baking powder, pumpkin pie spice, and salt in a large bowl.

  4. Add pumpkin puree, yogurt, eggs, and oil to the dry ingredients, whisking until a thick batter forms.

  5. Divide batter among 12 prepared muffin cups. Place a dollop of cream cheese mixture in each, then swirl with a toothpick.

  6. Bake for 22 minutes until golden.
