Preheat the oven to 300 F.

Cut pork into 2-3 inch pieces. In a large bowl, toss pork with salt, chili powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, garlic powder, cumin, pepper, and sweetener until coated. Let stand 30 minutes at room temperature.

Heat oil in a Dutch oven over medium-high heat. Sear spiced pork until caramelized on all sides, about 10 minutes.

Remove from heat, add chicken broth, stir, cover, and bake for 3 hours until tender.

Remove pork from oven and cool slightly. Drain excess liquid, then shred meat with forks. Turn oven to broil.

Spread shredded pork on a foil-lined baking sheet. Broil for 5 minutes until crispy. Serve with keto BBQ sauce.
