Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F.

  2. Combine almond flour, coconut flour, mozzarella, salt, and baking soda in a bowl.

  3. Add eggs and oil, then stir until a dough forms.

  4. Place dough between two sheets of parchment paper and roll into a 10-12 inch circle.

  5. Transfer the dough on its bottom parchment to a baking sheet. Bake for 10 minutes; then remove.

  6. Spread sauce onto the crust, leaving a 1/4 to 1/2 inch border.

  7. Layer with mozzarella, parmesan, and pepperoni.

  8. Bake for another 10 minutes, until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

  9. Cool for 1-2 minutes, then slice and serve.
