Keto Pizza
A low-carb, grain-free pizza featuring an almond flour crust, designed to satisfy cravings while maintaining ketosis.

Instructions

Preheat the oven to 400°F.

Combine almond flour, coconut flour, mozzarella, salt, and baking soda in a bowl.

Add eggs and oil, then stir until a dough forms.

Place dough between two sheets of parchment paper and roll into a 10-12 inch circle.

Transfer the dough on its bottom parchment to a baking sheet. Bake for 10 minutes; then remove.

Spread sauce onto the crust, leaving a 1/4 to 1/2 inch border.

Layer with mozzarella, parmesan, and pepperoni.

Bake for another 10 minutes, until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

Cool for 1-2 minutes, then slice and serve.
