Preheat oven to 400 F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Melt mozzarella and cream cheese in a microwave; then combine with 2 whisked eggs, almond flour, baking powder, and salt to form a soft dough.

Divide dough into 30 balls, shaping each into a 3-4 inch rope.

Wrap each rope around a hot dog 2-3 times and place on the prepared baking sheet.

Whisk the remaining egg with a teaspoon of water, then brush over each wrapped hot dog.

Bake for 8-10 minutes, or until golden brown and firm.

Whisk melted butter with garlic powder, brush over baked hot dogs, and sprinkle with everything bagel seasoning.
