Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 F and grease doughnut pans.

  2. In a large bowl, combine almond flour, sugar substitute, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt.

  3. In a separate small bowl, whisk melted butter, almond milk, eggs, and vanilla.

  4. Add the wet mixture to the dry ingredients and stir until combined.

  5. Spoon batter into prepared pans, filling 3/4 full.

  6. Bake for 25-28 minutes until golden-brown.

  7. Remove doughnuts, then cool on a wire rack.

  8. Combine 1/2 cup keto sugar substitute with cinnamon in a small bowl.

  9. Brush each doughnut with 3 tablespoons melted butter, then coat with the cinnamon-sugar mixture.
