Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350 F and grease doughnut pans.

In a large bowl, combine almond flour, sugar substitute, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt.

In a separate small bowl, whisk melted butter, almond milk, eggs, and vanilla.

Add the wet mixture to the dry ingredients and stir until combined.

Spoon batter into prepared pans, filling 3/4 full.

Bake for 25-28 minutes until golden-brown.

Remove doughnuts, then cool on a wire rack.

Combine 1/2 cup keto sugar substitute with cinnamon in a small bowl.

Brush each doughnut with 3 tablespoons melted butter, then coat with the cinnamon-sugar mixture.
