Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F and line two rimmed sheet pans with parchment paper.

  2. Whisk almond flour, cocoa powder, salt, and baking soda in a bowl; set aside.

  3. Cream unsalted butter and sweetener in a large bowl until light and fluffy.

  4. Beat in eggs and vanilla extract.
