Keto Chocolate Cake Recipe

Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350 F.

In a large bowl, whisk together almond flour, sweetener, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.

Whisk in eggs, butter, milk, and vanilla extract until smooth.

Spray and line a 9x13 inch baking pan with parchment, then pour in the batter and spread evenly.

Bake for about 30 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean; cool completely before removing from the pan and discarding parchment.

In a stand mixer, combine butter, sweetener, and cocoa powder; beat until light and fluffy, about 3 minutes.

Add vanilla, salt, and 2 tablespoons milk; beat until combined. Add more milk, 1 tablespoon at a time, if needed for desired consistency.

Once the cake is cooled, frost and serve.
