Preheat oven to 350 F and grease a 2 to 2 1/2-quart casserole dish.

In a large skillet over medium heat, brown ground beef with onion and garlic for 5 minutes; drain fat.

Reduce heat to low, then stir in cream cheese, relish, mustard, Worcestershire, salt, and pepper until the cream cheese melts; remove from heat.
