Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients except water in a food processor and pulse until mixed.

  2. Gradually add half the water while processing on low speed until a thick crumble forms, then test if the dough sticks when pressed.

  3. If needed, slowly add more water until the dough can form a cohesive ball.

  4. Remove the dough, shape it into a ball on plastic wrap, and chill for one hour.

  5. Divide the chilled dough into 6 pieces, then roll each piece thinly between parchment or plastic wrap.

  6. Heat a pan over medium-high heat and cook each tortilla for approximately 1 minute per side until golden.

  7. Serve immediately with desired toppings.
