Kale Chips Recipe

Crispy and crunchy, healthful kale chips are easily prepared in the oven for a satisfying snack.

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 300 F.

  2. Trim kale stems and large ribs, then rinse and thoroughly dry the leaves.

  3. Cut large leaves into chip-sized pieces. Place kale in a large bowl.

  4. Drizzle kale with oil, toss to coat, then spread in a single layer on baking sheets. Sprinkle with salt and optional Parmesan.

  5. Bake for 20 minutes.

  6. Remove from oven and let cool completely to crisp. Serve.
