Kadhai Gosht

Instructions

Marinate lamb or mutton with yogurt, garlic paste, lemon juice, garam masala, and salt for 3 hours.

Heat oil in a Kadhai (or wok-like pan); fry green chiles until they stop spluttering.

Add the marinated lamb and fry, stirring frequently, for 5 to 7 minutes.

Stir in tomatoes, coriander, and cumin powder; add some water, cover, and simmer until the meat is tender, adding more water if needed.

Turn off heat, garnish with ginger and coriander leaves, and serve with hot chapatis or naans.
