Jellied Cranberry Sauce

A simple jellied cranberry sauce can be made at home with just three ingredients and no added pectin.

Instructions

  1. Combine cranberries, sugar, and water in a saucepan, then bring to a boil over medium heat.

  2. Reduce heat to medium-low and simmer for 10 minutes, stirring frequently.

  3. Strain the sauce through a mesh sieve into a bowl.

  4. Pour the strained sauce into jars.

  5. Cool the sauce, then refrigerate for at least 2 hours until chilled and set; unmold and slice for serving.
