Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 450 F.

  2. Cook the jalapeño poppers according to package directions until they reach an internal temperature of 165 F.

  3. Spread 1/2 cup of marinara sauce into an 8-inch square pan, then arrange the cooked jalapeño poppers over the sauce.

  4. Pour the remaining marinara sauce over the arranged poppers.

  5. Combine mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses in a small bowl, then sprinkle this mixture evenly over the entire surface.

  6. Bake for 15 minutes in the preheated oven, or until the cheese is browned and bubbly.

  7. Garnish with fresh jalapeño slices and chopped parsley or cilantro, then scoop and serve warm.
