Jalapeño-Garlic Marinade

Instructions

Wearing gloves, halve, seed, and quarter the jalapeños.

Combine jalapeños and peeled garlic with 2 tablespoons of water in a blender; process to a pulp.

Add remaining water and all other marinade ingredients, then blend until combined.

Cover the blender and let the marinade rest for 5 minutes, then uncover and let rest for 2 to 3 minutes more.

Use the marinade on meat, fish, or vegetables.
