Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 F and prepare an 8.5 x 4.5-inch loaf pan by greasing and flouring it.

  2. In a bowl, blend flour, baking powder, sugar, garlic powder, and salt.

  3. Stir in shredded cheese and minced jalapeño.
